Quick and Easy Spicy Pork Bok Choy Recipe by Quiet Coffee

When I'm in a hurry, I turn to my one-pan spicy pork bok choy with veggie recipe. The flavors in this dish are simple but satisfying.

  • pan
  • 1 pound bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced or chopped)
  • 1 cup finely diced onion
  • minced 3/4 pound ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (I used Kikkoman soy sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of water
  1. Step 1
  2. Chop the bok choy. Wash it then set aside.
  3. Step 2
  4. Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the oil, once warm add the Garlic and Onion
  6. Cook for about 1 minute or the garlic turned lightly brown and then add the pork.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salt (I used Himalayan salt), and pepper to taste
  8. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the pork turned to lightly browned and cooked through.
  9. Step 3
  10. Add 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce. Cook for a minute, and then add the bok choy. Cook for 1 minute or until the bok choy is tender and slightly wilted. I added some chili flakes to make it spicier. 🙂

Serve it with steamed rice and Enjoy! 🙂
